The Youth Pastor at Quinn Chapel A.M.E Church will lead and oversee the youth ministry, providing spiritual guidance, support, and development for young people, from cradle to college.This individual will work to create a dynamic and engaging environment where young people can grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and become active members of the church and community. 

Key Responsibilities Leadership and Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive vision and strategy for the youth ministry aligned with the church’s mission and values. Inspire and equip youth to live out their faith in daily life. Program Development: Plan and lead youth services and Bible studies. Organize and oversee youth events and outreach activities. Develop and implement programs to encourage spiritual and personal growth. Partner with other leaders who work with youth. Relationship Building: Build meaningful relationships with youth, providing pastoral care, mentoring, and guidance. Engage with parents to support the spiritual development of their children. Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to foster a sense of community and belonging. Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers to assist with youth programs and activities. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Administration: Manage the youth ministry budget and resources effectively. Maintain accurate records of youth attendance, events, and activities. Communicate regularly with parents, church leadership, and the congregation about youth ministry plans and needs. Spiritual Growth: Model a Christ-centered lifestyle and spiritual discipline. Preach and teach the Word of God effectively to youth and families. Provide spiritual guidance to the full congregation as a member of the ministerial staff. Encourage youth to participate in church services and activities.
