The Lipe Leadership Fellows program supports promising and gifted residential M.Div. students who have the interest and potential to serve as pastors in large, dynamic congregations.

Fellowship Details

Full Tuition, Living Stipend, and Field Ed Funding

The fellowship will support one residential M.Div. student in each incoming class who demonstrates extraordinary gifts for ministerial leadership and achievement and shows potential for serving in large, dynamic congregations. The fellowship offers:

  • Full tuition funding, including required fees
  • A $15,000 per-year stipend for living expenses
  • Stipends for two field education experiences, for $10,000 each, with strategic placement in a successful, innovative, and dynamic congregation accompanied by strong mentors and supervisors. Students also have the potential to receive funding of $20,000 for two additional placements through the Office of Field Education.

Apply for the Fellowship

Applicants to the M.Div program may apply for the Lipe Fellowship in the admission application. Finalists will be invited to participate in an interview with a selection committee.
