Stories of Congregations

There’s no shortage of meaningful work happening in congregations—but often these stories are only shared with people in a church’s local context. The Congregations Project: Stories of Hope from Across the United States amplifies true stories of faith, resilience and innovation in congregational life through our monthly newsletter.

Faith & Leadership

An online magazine addressing leadership challenges through ideas, research, insight—and hope—for leaders at the forefront of congregational life. Every two weeks, we publish a free newsletter dedicated to equipping leaders with the knowledge they need to navigate the evolving landscape of ministry in the U.S., as well as a daily news roundup of thought-provoking articles about the church and the world from a variety of publications.

Grants

Our main public grant offering, Reflective Leadership Grants provide individuals or teams of leaders time to reflect on their services to pastors and congregations in a structured process. This program is open to new applications.

Insights & Findings

Studying congregations in all of their different contexts and traditions is complex work. The Forum for Congregational Life seeks to bring together those doing research with the leaders of congregations and their supporters. See a sample of what researchers are learning about congregations on our website.
