Plan, participate, recruit, and equip leaders for the weekly youth programs, including Sunday School, Sunday night programming, Wednesday night Bible Study, and Tuesday night Bible Study with college students. Plan and organize confirmation for ninth graders, plan and participate in summer trips, plan and participate in weekend fellowship activities, plan and organize Youth Sunday, serve as part of a multi-pastor team (7 ordained pastors) rotating hospital coverage, Day School Chapel, regular meetings with staff and senior pastor, participate in weekly workshop, preach on occasion, and conduct weddings, baptisms, and funerals as requested.
