First Baptist Church (FBC) Henderson, a Cooperative Baptist Fellowship church, is seeking a full-time associate minister. This position’s primary responsibilities include missions, high school youth, and young adult ministries, as well as assisting the senior minister with pastoral duties. We are looking for someone who will help lead our congregation to engage with our community more directly and relationally. The ideal candidate will be devoted to Christ and the local church, highly relational, self-motivated, collaborative, and enthusiastic. 

Qualifications include: a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience in a related field (required); and theological education from an accredited seminary or divinity school (preferred). Compensation will be commensurate with education and experience.
