Total support package, salary and benefits, approximately $93,800. Seven miles from Duke campus. Prayerfully searching for someone to serve as pastor. We are a small church, averaging 60-70 in worship. We are outreach driven and seek to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the community. 

Mt. Hermon's congregation is diverse and committed to unity and partnership with other Christians working toward a common goal of proclaiming the gospel to all people. 

The desired candidate to serve as pastor will teach sound biblical theology, seek to disciple through servant leadership, and have a heart for missions. They will be able to help the congregation in casting vision and implementing change directed by the Holy Spirit. The candidate will have completed, or be pursuing, seminary training and ordained in the Baptist church. They will have both ministry and missions experience. 

Full time availability is preferred, but other ministry models can be considered.
