Serves as director of congregational care ministries, reporting directly to the Senior Pastor; works in conjunction with the Senior and Community Life Pastors to equip and empower lay ministry teams. Conducts pastoral visits in homes, hospitals, and nursing homes, including home-bound members. Conducts funerals and weddings with the approval of the Senior Pastor. Plan and lead special worship services and events related to congregational care.
