Job Description:

First Baptist Church Carrollton is in the process of finding the next leader of our student ministry who is passionate for Jesus Christ and leading students who are in middle school, high school, and college to have a relationship with Him. This is a full-time position that reports to the Senior Pastor. 

Qualifications and/or Skills Needed: -Passion to create a student ministry culture that is engaging and exciting to students of our church as well as guests -Ability to connect with parents and adult leaders within the church and organize them towards support of the students’ spiritual needs -Commitment to working in partnership with the church ministerial staff and lay leadership towards common goals and purposes -Desire to mobilize students towards outward expression of God’s love -Desire to engage with students beyond the specified meeting times of church and celebrate their participation in the life of the community -Ability to nurture your own spiritual, emotional, physical, and relational life -Desire to grow your leadership profile by participating in conferences, trainings, and education experiences 

Education Requirements: -Minimum education requirement of a degree from a four-year college or university -An advanced degree from an accredited school of theology or seminary preferred.
