The Children’s Ministries Director is responsible for the development and implementation of the vision, strategy, and tactical elements for all programs, activities, and educational aspects related to Children’s Ministry at Transformation Church. Specifically, the Children’s Ministries Director is responsible for all children’s programs on Sundays, Kids Camp, kids ministry for special services and events, and all kids outreach events like Halloween, Easter, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, grow, and innovate TC Children's Ministry – including everything from curriculum and teaching to safety and security, to volunteer recruitment and training. Develop and implement the vision for children’s ministries (CM) in collaboration with the Leadership Team. Provide strategic leadership and planning initiatives for CM staff. Set direction and training for CM staff and volunteers. Offer pastoral care and encouragement to CM staff and volunteers. Develop processes necessary for effective CM operations (e.g.: check-in.) Oversee CM budget and financial oversight. Oversee the selection and implementation of the curriculum. Develop communication plans to keep staff, volunteers, and parents informed. Responsible for all staffing of CM (including training). Manage communications between ministries that interact with CM. Develop and implement all safety and security processes for CM in cooperation with the church’s safety and security team. Oversee and implement all programming for CM (Infants-5th grade.) Coordinate family events and camps for CM parents and families
