Job Description:

Manchester United Methodist Church is seeking a full-time Director of Youth Ministry to lead and grow vibrant programs for youth in grades 6–12. This role involves casting vision, building relationships, and equipping youth and volunteers for transformative faith experiences. The ideal candidate is a relational leader with ministry experience, a heart for inclusion (including LGBTQ+ youth), and a passion for helping young people grow in faith.
