Asbury United Methodist is seeking a full time youth leader to meet with and lead our youth at designated/scheduled times within the church walls as well as plan and execute off site activities. It is expected that this leader will form relationships with the youth and involve the parents as volunteers. It is the goal to grow our youth in numbers and in faith. The position will also include communications for the church, including social media, website updates, and internal/external communications within the church and among members. This full time position will most likely include family ministries as well. This will include meeting with committee members to assess needs/wants and planning events for family ministries. If the youth is grown to a point where a full time position is warranted, this position may split into 2 positions with one becoming part time for a new hire.
