This full-time role focuses on creating engaging and inclusive faith formation experiences through Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and other special programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about faith development, volunteer recruitment, and relational ministry, working closely with church leadership to build a strong foundation that carries children through every stage of their spiritual journey. Idlewild has a rich history of social justice, inter-generational relationships, and community outreach, making it a meaningful place to serve and grow.
