Outreach and Community Engagement: - Identify opportunities for outreach and evangelism within the local community, particularly among families and children. - Collaborate with other ministries and community organizations to address the needs of families and promote social justice and compassion.

Qualifications: - Ordained or licensed as a pastor within the United Methodist Church (UMC), or actively pursuing ordination/licensure. - A deep commitment to the Christian faith and the teachings of the United Methodist Church. - Experience in preaching and leading worship services. - Demonstrated proficiency in working with children and families in a church or ministry setting. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds. - A passion for discipleship and a desire to see individuals and families grow in their relationship with Christ. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a pastoral team and to provide leadership in specific ministry areas.
