Church of the Apostles Houston is seeking an Associate Rector to serve as a senior clergy leader alongside the Rector during an exciting season of growth. The Associate Rector will provide pastoral oversight, spiritual formation, and organizational leadership across the life of the parish. Combining theological depth, pastoral wisdom, and strategic leadership, this person will help strengthen Apostles’ ministries of adult discipleship, pastoral care, outreach, and evangelism while developing staff and lay leaders for greater ministry impact. As a member of the Senior Staff Team, the Associate Rector will help translate vision into practice, supervise key ministry leaders, preach and teach regularly, and contribute to the overall spiritual and organizational health of the church. This is an opportunity to help build the leadership and discipleship engine for the next chapter of a growing Anglican parish in the heart of Houston.
