David L. Odom directs Leadership Education at Duke Divinity, including the web magazine Faith & Leadership. Before coming to Duke in 2007, Odom was the founder and president of the Center for Congregational Health in Winston-Salem, N.C., and taught at Wake Forest University Divinity School. Odom is a Baptist pastor and graduate of Furman University, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Princeton Theological Seminary.
