The Ormond Center, in partnership with Duke's Nicholas Institute for Energy, Environment, and Sustainability, will present concept notes and faith-based guides designed to help congregations engage in conversations about extreme heat and climate, based on community conversations conducted by Duke Divinity student investigators.

Hear from a panel of Duke Divinity student investigators, who conducted interviews with faith leaders and community members, culminating in resources offering practical frameworks for addressing heat resilience through a faith lens. Participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback, ensuring these tools reflect the real needs and priorities of faith communities.
