- Chef Romy Gill is a prominent figure in the culinary world, known for her expertise in Indian cuisine. She was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire 2016 for services to the hospitality industry. Gill grew up in a Sikh Punjabi family and the tradition of sewa is close to her heart.
- Norman Wirzba is professor of theology and ecology at Duke University Divinity School. His work focuses on religion, ecology, and agrarianism. Wirzba is the author of Way of Love, Food, and Faith.
- Moshe Basson is the executive chef and owner of The Eucalyptus restaurant in Jerusalem and author of The Eucalyptus Cookbook. He specializes in Levantine, Arab, and Jewish cuisine, and is known for using biblical ingredients.
