The Theology, Medicine, and Culture Initiative at Duke Divinity School is hosting the third seminar in its annual seminar series on “Shepherding Patients and Families Through End-of-Life Dilemmas” with Kathryn Butler, MD, former faculty in surgery and critical care at Harvard Medical School and author of Between Life and Death: A Gospel-Centered Guide to End-of-Life Medical Care (Crossway, 2019) and Glimmers of Grace: A Doctor’s Reflections on Faith, Suffering, and the Goodness of God (Crossway, 2021).

Registration is required. These semi-monthly TMC seminars are a regular gathering of faculty, fellows, students, and others interested in the intersections of theology, medicine, and culture. The series is open to the public. Continuing education credit is available.
