The Institute of the Americas offers an opportunity for interdisciplinary theological and contextual formation around transformation and reconciliation. Through the application of the CFR’s methodology of the Word Made Flesh, the institute incorporates gender, human rights, restorative justice, and postcolonial perspectives. Participants share en conjunto an intellectual, emotional, and spiritual journey that brings the Theology of Reconciliation into dialogue with voices from different academic disciplines.
