The Steinmetz lectureship in Historical Theology was established in 2008 by David and Virginia Steinmetz to encourage excellence in the study of the history of Christian thought, especially in the early, medieval, and reformation periods. This year's guest lecturer is Dr. Bruce Hindmarsh, the James M. Houston Professor of Spiritual Theology and Professor of the History of Christianity at Regent College.
