Norman Wirzba, research professor of theology, ecology, and rural life at Duke Divinity School, will deliver a public lecture at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro as part of the lecture series, "The Universe Story and the University: Education for Justice and Sacred Earth."

Wirzba will lecture on exploring human spiritual, cultural, and ethical connections to place.

After the lecture, Todd Maberry will host a dinner in the Old Town Draught House at 6 p.m. for those interested in learning more about Duke Divinity School degree programs and application processes. Maberry is the senior director of Admissions, Recruitment, and Student Finance at the school.

No registration is required for either event.
