The Children’s Ministry Director is responsible for developing and implementing programs, processes, and systems to help children from birth through 5th grade at The Peak Church grow into well-rounded disciples who seek to deepen their relationship with God and one another, and also seek to have Kingdom impact upon the world around them. This person will primarily develop and lead a team of volunteer classroom leaders and paid nursery staff who carry the relational equity necessary to shape and form the faith of our children.
