The position description is currently up on the website and interested individuals can apply online. http://www.trinityschoolnc.org/about/employment The position is part-time and while the description has quite a bit in it, the current strategic priorities for the role are 1) faculty/staff equity and inclusion professional learning, 2) organizational assessment for inclusivity and equity, and 3) establishing a shared institutional definition of inclusion and diversity that aligns with the school's mission. The person that fills this role should have a functional understanding of anti-bias/anti-racism, cultural competence, and training and facilitation. Having a strong analysis in organizational development is also a huge plus! Trinity requires that its staff and faculty make some profession of Christian faith, but does not require an affiliation with any specific denomination or expression.
