Rae Cho earned Th.D. and M.Div. degrees from Duke Divinity School and completed his doctoral dissertation on the missiological formation of racialized Christianity in Korea. He also holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and M.S. and B.S. degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to coming to Duke, he served as a lay leader in an Asian American church in Silicon Valley while working at a management consulting firm and a high-tech startup. His scholarly interests are in the areas of Asian American theology and theology and the practice of Christian leadership and administration.
