The Theology, Medicine, and Culture (TMC) Initiative at Duke Divinity School and the Trent Center for Bioethics, Humanities & the History of Medicine are hosting the fifth session of their Spring 2019 Theology, Medicine, and Culture seminar series. This seminar, titled "Toward a Common Grace Bioethics," will be given by Patrick T. Smith, Ph.D., associate research professor of theological ethics and bioethics at the Divinity School and senior fellow of the Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke University.

These semi-monthly seminars are a regular gathering of faculty, fellows, students, and others interested in the intersection of theology, medicine, and culture. Formats include clinical case discussions, invited speakers, colloquia for student research, and discussion of seminal books and articles.
