Duke Divinity School will hold a training webinar for all Divinity students, faculty, and staff only on Duke University's implementation of new Title IX regulations. The new regulations are the same for all members of the Duke Divinity community thus the joint training.
Victoria Krebs, Duke's associate dean of students, will present the new regulations for the Policy on Prohibited Discrimination, Harassment and Related Misconduct, as well as the procedures for adjudicating cases under this policy. She will review prohibited conduct, confidential resources, supportive measures, reporting obligations and how to report, the definitions of consent and incapacitation, as well as reviewing scenarios and taking questions.
The Rev. Rhonda Parker, senior director of Ministerial Formation & Student Life and director of the Course of Study, at Duke Divinity will moderate the Q&A at the end of Krebs' presentation.
