The Hispanic House of Studies at Duke Divinity School will hold a virtual information session for students interested in becoming trained leaders for Hispanic/Latinix ministry and to learn more about the Latinx faculty at Duke Divinity School.
The information session will be held online through Zoom by clicking on this link HHS Information Session. No registration required.
The Hispanic House was created as a resource center for students, pastors, and congregations in their efforts to do ministry with the Hispanic/Latinx community in the United States, as well as in discerning how the Hispanic/Latinx population contributes to the future of the church at large. One of its main purposes is to meet the needs of the fast-growing Hispanic/Latinx population by building the leadership capacity of Hispanic/Latinx and non-Hispanic/Latinx people to strengthen Hispanic/Latinx ministry in the United Methodist Church in North Carolina and nationally.
