The Divinity Dean’s Scholarships range from 50% to 100% of tuition. Awards are based on the overall strength of the admission application. All applicants to the M.Div. and M.T.S. programs are automatically considered for merit scholarships. These awards are renewable provided that students maintain satisfactory academic progress. 

This scholarship is awarded to students in the M.A. in Christian Practice and Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) programs. Awards cover 25% of tuition. Entering students in the Master of Divinity or Master of Theological Studies who are not awarded a merit scholarship will receive a Divinity Tuition Award. Award amounts vary. These awards are renewable provided that students maintain satisfactory academic progress. 

This scholarship is awarded to M.Div. candidates that demonstrate a vocational commitment to congregational ministry. Applicants of all denominations are considered for this scholarship. Interested M.Div candidates must apply for the Ministry Impact Award in the admission application. These awards are renewable provided that students maintain satisfactory academic progress. 

The Anglican Episcopal House of Studies awards scholarships annually to entering and returning Anglican/Episcopal students in the M.Div program. AEHS Fellows desire to pursue a vocation that will be of service to and/or leadership in Anglican or Episcopal church contexts. Scholarship recipients are required participate in the programs offered by Anglican Episcopal House of Studies and complete the Certificate in Anglican Studies. Interested M.Div. candidates must apply to be considered for the Anglican/Episcopal scholarships in the admission application. 

The Baptist House of Studies awards scholarships annually to entering and returning Baptist students in the M.Div program. Candidates must hold membership in a Baptist congregation and participate in ministerial activities that demonstrate a desire to pursue a vocation that will be of service to and/or leadership in Baptist churches or ministries. Scholarship recipients are required to participate in programs offered by the Baptist House of Studies and complete the Certificate in Baptist Studies. Interested M.Div. candidates must apply to be considered for the Baptist House scholarships in the admission application. 

The Ray C. Petry Scholarship is awarded to entering M.T.S. students who demonstrate academic excellence and promise to contribute to the field of religious studies. Petry scholarships provide 100% of tuition. All M.T.S. candidates are automatically considered for Petry scholarships. 

The University Scholars Fellowship Program is awarded to one student that has demonstrated significant academic ability and interest in creative and interdisciplinary study. University Scholars participate in an informal seminar, held once every two to three weeks. The seminar brings together University Scholars from each of the graduate and professional schools, undergraduates, interested faculty and distinguished scholars from a wide variety of disciplines. The University Scholars program provides a one-year full-tuition scholarship. Interested residential M.Div. and M.T.S. candidates must apply to be considered for the University Scholar in the admission application. 

Students admitted to the Th.D. program are awarded a fellowship package that provides six years of funding. Students receive a full-tuition scholarship, coverage of required student fees, coverage of the student premium of the Student Medical Insurance Plan (SMIP), and a living stipend.
