Theology and Arts Lecture: Anna Kim on Michelangelo's Last Pietà

Duke Initiatives in Theology and the Arts will co-host a lecture by Anna M. Kim, a Ph.D. candidate in art history at the University of Virginia, on  "Sculpture, Iconoclasm and Spiritual Re-formation: Phenomenological and Theological Reflections on Michelangelo's Last Pietà."

Her presentation will be introduced by Thomas Pfau, Duke University professor of English and  German and director of Graduate Studies: Carolina-Duke Program in German. It will be followed by an audience question and answer session.

The Duke Art, Art History, and Visual Studies Department is co-sponsoring the event.
