Duke Divinity School seniors who will graduate in May or December of 2010 are invited to apply for the Jameson Jones Preaching Award.
The award is presented to one or two seniors who demonstrate great promise in preaching. The award honors Jameson Jones, late dean of the Divinity School (1981 – 1982) and is made possible by a bequest from his estate.

Students may use sermons previously preached in Divinity classes, Goodson Chapel, or a setting in the field. A manuscript of the sermon is not required.
The deadline for application is 4 p.m. on March 15, 2010.
