The event is free and open to the public. Lunch refreshments will be served.
“We all face difficult times personally, but a discussion with the dean of the public policy school offers a chance to think about what it means not just to address a crisis, but to do so with public eyes watching -- eager for quick results, rapid change, and minimal expenditure,” Wells said.
In these dialogues, Wells discusses with various deans at Duke topics surrounding the common good. A question-and-answer period is also included.
Previously, the series has included discussions with Divinity School Dean L. Gregory Jones , Fuqua School of Business Dean Blair Sheppard, and Nicholas School of the Environment Dean Bill Chameides.
