The Duke Divinity School Office of Black Church Studies  and the North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church’s Hispanic/Latino Ministries will hold an intensive workshop aimed to foster dialogue between the Black and Latino communities and to dismantle racism and xenophobia.
The workshop will be on Feb. 20 from 2:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the Alumni Memorial Common Room at the Divinity School. The deadline to register to attend is Feb. 18.
The Rev. Josefina Santiago, director of Hispanic Ministries, North Carolina Conference of the UMC, and the Rev. Tiffney Marley, director of the Office of Black Church Studies, will facilitate the workshop.
