Payroll for students: students receiving any field education funds through duke divinity school or the duke endowment must complete forms for the duke payroll process in order to receive funding for their placement.
You are required to attend a 10-15 minute payroll session with Dana Auton or Maggie Long (of the General Administration and Finance Office) during one of the following times:
* TUESDAY, APRIL 12 – Regular payroll sign up in 103 Westbrook. Stop by sometime between 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
* WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13 – Work-Study payroll sign up in 148 Langford. Stop by sometime between 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
* THURSDAY, APRIL 14 – Regular payroll sign up in 103 Westbrook, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
If you have been on Duke Payroll, stop in during one of the times listed above to verify existing information. Bring with you a completed “Biographical Data Sheet” found on the Field Education website (see link below).
If you have never been on Duke Payroll, you must: 1) Complete and bring with you all forms listed under “Payroll” on the website at: https://divinity.duke.edu/academics/field-education/forms 2) Bring with you all identification requirements, including a passport or Social Security card and driver’s license. For direct deposit, you must present a voided check.
If you are not able to attend a payroll session during any of the times listed above, you must notify maggie long prior to april 12th to make other arrangements (at email@example.com).
Failure to meet these deadlines may result in the loss of all funding for your placement this summer.
