Professor William Turner Jr. says in a video interview with Duke Today that Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. and President-Elect Barack Obama are connected by providence. Turner, associate professor of the practice of homiletics at Duke Divinity School, focuses much of his work on pneumatology and the tradition of spirituality and preaching within the black church.
