Duke Divinity School will participate in a campus visual and performing arts event Feb. 5 to raise money for relief efforts in Haiti.
“Hope for Haiti,” to be held at Duke University’s Page Auditorium, begins at 6:30 p.m. with a Haitian market selling coffee, crafts, and artwork.
The show continues from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with Haitian dancer Gaspard Louis & Company, Duke violinist Reginald Patterson, musician Toby Bonar, storytelling from Haiti, and other acts.
The suggested donation is $10 (cash only), with all proceeds going to the United Methodist Committee on Relief and Hearts with Haiti.
