News & Media

Duke Divinity School tells the stories of its various ministries through many avenues, including DIVINITY magazine, articles on this website, a monthly electronic newsletter, and a variety of newsletters and blogs related to specific initiatives. We also offer a faculty experts list, organized by subject matter, to help media outlets, researchers, and others connect with scholars who can share information on the topics they study.

DIVINITY Magazine

DIVINITY magazine’s mission is to inform, engage, and connect readers through stories and images that exemplify the ministries of alumni, faculty, staff, and students.

In keeping with Duke University’s commitment to knowledge in service of society, the magazine shares narratives that reflect how Duke Divinity School “forms leaders for faithful Christian ministries” in service to the academy, the church, and the world.

The magazine is published three issues during the academic year—fall, winter, and spring.
