Findings from the Clergy Health Initiative’s 2008 survey of United Methodist pastors in North Carolina, which were published online last month in the journal, Obesity, have been appearing in a variety of publications over the last few weeks.

The 2008 survey that served as the genesis of this research will be repeated in August 2010.  Having a second data point – a point of comparison – will help us begin to understand the causes of the health disparities.  And hopefully bring us closer to improving clergy health.
