Serve as chief organizer of the MAST program, attending to logistics such as space, schedule, staffing, registration, and finances. With director of church relations, develop and nurture church partnerships, both for participation in program and financial support. Recruit participants in MAST programs. With campus minister and faculty dean, develop MAST program curriculum. Represent MAST through speaking, writing, and web and social media management. Manage MAST finances. Manage MAST reports to Lilly Foundation and other partners. Manage on-going program evaluation. Help develop a sustainability plan for MAST program beyond the life of the grant. Pursue on-going continuing education in youth ministry best practices, and share knowledge with MAST participants and staff. Serve as resource to Presbytery of East Tennessee on youth ministry, connecting them to resources in the MAST program and offering support for Presbytery Youth Council and other youth ministries. With the campus minister, organize annual lecture series with relevance to youth ministry. Serve as an active member of the Advancement team. Perform other duties as assigned. Ability to work well with others. Regular attendance is required.
