Reporting to the Director, responsibilities include outreach and ministry to Protestant students and others who are not Catholic. Responsible for coordinating and leading Interdenominational worship, Responsible for leading the Manresa retreat program. Assists with outreach to and programs for athletic teams. Shares in general pastoral and apostolic responsibilities of the chaplains including retreat work, spiritual direction, solidarity and social justice work, community development and active engagement with the academic mission of the College.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, strongly desires to work as a member of an energetic and dedicated team, possesses a good sense of humor, and an M. Div., M.T.S., or the equivalent. Evidence of a mature and sustained life of faith and prayer. Willing to work on weekends and some evenings. This position is for an eleven month contract and reports directly to the Director of the Chaplains' Office. Ordination preferred, but not required.
