Duke Initiatives in Theology and the Arts (DITA) and the Center for Christian Scholarship will hold a public lecture, "Social Protest Art and the Work of Georges Rouault," by Nicholas Wolterstorff, Noah Porter Professor Emeritus of Philosophical Theology at Yale Divinity School.

This is the final event in conjunction with the tandem exhibitions of “Miserere et Guerre," a series of 58 intaglio prints by French artist Georges Rouault (1871-1958) being shown in Duke Chapel (March 5 through April 16) and the Nasher Museum of Art (March 18 through July 23).  A light reception will follow.
