Duke Initiatives in Theology and the Arts (DITA) at Duke Divinity School will hold “Secretaries of Praise: Poetry, Song, and Theology,” a conversation on the church and poetry with David Ford, O.B.E., emeritus professor of Divinity at Cambridge University, Tom Greggs, Ph.D., Marischal Chair of Divinity at the University of Aberdeen, Jennie Grillo, D. Phil., assistant professor of Old Testament at Duke Divinity School, and poet Micheal O’Siadhail.

The event is part of a two-day series of events at the Divinity School featuring theology and arts to mark Opening Convocation Week 2017.
