Duke University will host its 2013 Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Service featuring preaching by William Turner, professor of the practice of homiletics at Duke Divinity School.

The public service is part of Duke's 2013 Martin Luther King Jr. Commemoration with the theme of "Praise, Protest & Power." This year's event not only commemorates King's legacy but is part of a year-long commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the integration of black students at Duke.
