Divinity Knitters Meeting

People who knit or crochet are invited to a brown bag lunch to build community by working together to produce knitted items for donation to social ministries such as Open Table Ministries and Urban Ministries. The items will help people stay warm. No previous skill is needed, but participants must bring their own needles and yarn. Donations of unused yarn also can be made at Room 113, Gray Building.

Centering prayer is a method of contemplative prayer or Christian meditation, with an emphasis on inner silence. The weekly session includes practice of the prayer and teaching about the method. Those new to this form of prayer are welcome.
