Payroll Sign-Up for Field Education Students Serving Work Study Placements

Students receiving any field education funds through Duke Divinity School or The Duke Endowment must complete forms for the duke payroll process in order to receive funding for their placement. You are required to attend a 10-15 minute payroll session during one of the following times:

* TUESDAY, APRIL 12 – Regular payroll sign up in 103 Westbrook. Stop by sometime between 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

* WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13 – Work-Study payroll sign up in 146 Langford. Stop by sometime between 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

* THURSDAY, APRIL 14 – Regular payroll sign up in 103 Westbrook, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

If you have been on Duke Payroll, stop in during one of the times listed above to verify existing information. Bring with you a completed “Biographical Data Sheet” found on the Field Education website (see link below).

If you have never been on Duke Payroll, you must: 1) Complete and bring with you all forms listed under “Payroll” on the website at: https://divinity.duke.edu/academics/field-education/forms 2) Bring with you all identification requirements, including a passport or Social Security card and driver’s license. For direct deposit, you must present a voided check.

If you are not able to attend a payroll session during any of the times listed above, you must notify the Field Education Office prior to Sept. 20 to make other arrangements. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in delayed funding or the loss of all funding for your placement.

Student Initiated Placement (SIP) Application Deadline for Academic Year 2011-12

The deadline to submit an application for a Student Initiated Placement (SIP) is Tuesday, Sept. 6 at 3 p.m. Note that the SIP application includes Part A and Part B. Both parts are due on this date (hard copies required unless otherwise notified). Please submit the application in person to 105 Westbrook and schedule your interview appointment.
