Students receiving any field education funds through Duke Divinity School or The Duke Endowment must complete forms for the Duke payroll process to receive funding for their placement. Students are required to attend a 10-15 minute payroll session during one of the following time slots:
• TUESDAY, APRIL 10 – Regular payroll sign up in 103 Westbrook. Stop by between 9 a.m. to noon or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• WEDNESDAY, APRIL 11 – Work-Study payroll sign up in 146 Langford. Stop by between 9 a.m. to noon or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• THURSDAY, APRIL 14 – Regular payroll sign up in 103 Westbrook. Stop by between 9 a.m. to noon or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
If you have been on Duke Payroll, stop in during one of the times listed above to verify existing information. Bring with you a completed “Biographical Data Sheet” found on our website (see link below). If you have never been on Duke Payroll, you must: 1) Complete and bring with you all forms listed under “Payroll” on the Duke Divinity School website at: http://www.divinity.duke.edu/academics/field-education/forms 2) Bring with you all identification requirements, including a passport or Social Security card and driver’s license.
All students requesting a summer 2012 Field Education placement must submit their student application (including their faith narrative) in person to the Office of Field Education at 105 Westbrook by 4 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 27, 2012 and schedule a mandatory interview appointment.

Student Initiated Applications (SIP) must be submitted in person at the Field Education Office at 105 Westbrook by 4 p.m. on Jan. 30, 2012. A mandatory interview will be scheduled at that time.
The deadline for student applications for Summer 2012 domestic field education placements is Jan. 27, 2012. Students must complete the student application and hand-deliver the application to the Field Education Office at 105 Westbrook by 4 p.m. to schedule a mandatory interview.
The Office of Field Education will hold an information session for students to learn more from staff about field education placements for Summer 2012. Lunch will be provided.
