Duke Divinity School will sponsor the 2015 David C. and Virginia Steinmetz lecture featuring Richard A. Muller, P.J. Zondervan Professor of Historical Theology at Calvin Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Mich. He will lecture on "Was it Really Viral? Natural Theology in the Early Modern Reformed Tradition."

Muller's research and writing focus on reassessment of the development of Protestant thought after the Reformation, with emphasis on the nature and character of Protestant orthodoxy and Reformed scholasticism in the 17th century. He is the author of Calvin and the Reformed Tradition and numerous other books and articles. 

This lecture is open to the Divinity School community, and registration is not required.
