Sujin Pak
Associate Dean for Academic Programs
Dean Sujin Pak is a United Methodist layperson with active roles as a teacher and lay preacher in the United Methodist Church. Her family heritage includes numerous U.M.C. pastors, missionaries, deacons and district superintendents. She earned a Ph.D. from Duke University, a M.T.S. from Duke Divinity, and a B.A. from Emory University. In addition to her responsibilities as academic dean, she is also Research Professor of the History of Christianity with specializations in the Protestant Reformation and history of biblical interpretation. She and her husband Ken and their two daughters reside in Durham.
Kori Robins
Registrar
Originally from Virginia, Kori holds an M.Div. from Duke Divinity School and a Bachelor’s Degree in history and religion from Virginia Wesleyan College. \ She currently is seeking ordination in the United Methodist Church. She is a member of Christ UMC in Chapel Hill. She is also a professional improviser in Carrboro, N.C., where she resides.
Samantha Anderson

Samantha earned a B.A.E from the University of Florida in Early Childhood and Special Education and went on to earn an MSM in Business Management. Originally from South Florida, Samantha and her husband moved to North Carolina from New York City where she worked as an assistant buyer. She currently lives in Durham, N.C. with her husband Daniel and Pomeranian, Audrey Hepburn. Samantha and Daniel are members of Imago Dei church.
Debra Woodell
Staff Assistant
Debra received a Secretarial Certification from Hardbarger Business College in Raleigh, N.C. She has been at Duke for 3 years, having worked in ICEOL and the Dean’s Office. She is retired from Verizon Business after 28 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. Debra is also a certified notary. Debra resides in Durham. She has a daughter, Ashley, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren who reside in Durham and a daughter, Torie, who will attend Barton College this fall. Debra and her family attend Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
